This is very popular handmade twist pen is made from Bubinga, native to Equitorial Africa. It has platinum plated trim. Use a ballpoint Parker refill, which is easily replaced when needed and easily obtained locally or on-line.  A 0.46" diameter body, weights 36 grams, and measures 5 1/4" long.  Hand turned on a lathe, sanded, and give a protective varnish. One of my favorite pens that easily fits in anyones hand!
