This distinctive handmade twist ballpoint pen is made from Olive Wood, native to the Mediterranean region. It uses a Parker refill, readily obtained online or stationary store.  It's hand turned on a lathe, sanded, and given a protective varnish. This medium reddish-brown pen has dark brown streaks. The weight of the pen is 37 grams, with a barrel that's 1/2" diameter, and just under 5" long. It fits very well in almost anyone's hands with a nice balence, and easily slipped in a pocket or purse.
